- This confidentiality obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of two (2) years.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Veedcom Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Veedcom in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
- We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Texas, USA, depending on the jurisdiction applicable to your engagement.
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.
- Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
